What happens after I sign up?
You pay the first month, then fill in one short, secure setup form (panels, email, payment methods, where your customers are today). We build your system in your brand and go live with you — usually within a few days.
What counts as an “active customer”?
A customer with at least one active subscription. Trials, cancelled and closed customers don’t count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your account — the new price starts at your next renewal.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from your account and your service runs to the end of the paid month.
Do you migrate my existing customers?
Yes — from WHMCS, another billing system or a spreadsheet. Customers keep their logins and their service keeps running.
Which payment methods can I take from my customers?
Stripe (cards and auto-pay) plus Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal, which are matched to invoices automatically. Money goes straight to your own accounts.
